Objective: The present study was conducted by identifying the evolution of the sustainable innovation ecosystem in the livestock and poultry agricultural processing industries.
Methods: From the perspective of the objective, this research is a developmental research and in terms of data type, it is combined and mixed (qualitative and quantitative) using a qualitative method, through the content analysis of the extracted research pattern. The research field in the qualitative part of the research included theoretical experts, university professors and empirical experts, experienced managers of agricultural processing industries, as well as activists of livestock and poultry agricultural processing industries. The information collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview. Theme analysis methods were used to analyze the data.
Results: Based on the results obtained, based on a systemic approach, in other words, the three components of the input-processing-output system were designed. In this way, the proposed model includes three main components with the beginning or beginning as the input component of the system, the components of the innovation ecosystem focusing on its evolution in the form of a process or processing component of the system, and the outputs of the innovation ecosystem as the input or output element of the systemic approach.
Conclusions: These findings highlight the strategic importance of sustainable development in agricultural processing industries and can help policymakers, industrialists, and researchers accelerate sustainable innovations by strengthening collaboration among key actors.
