Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture on organizational justice and health in Takht-e-Jamshid Hospital in Karaj. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of research method is among the descriptive-survey research, in which the required data were collected by library and field methods. The instruments used in this study included three standard questionnaires of Denison's organizational culture (2000), Niehoff and Morman’s organizational justice (1993) and Hui fieldman's organizational health (1996). The statistical population of this study was all employees of Takht-e-Jamshid Hospital in Karaj that based on Cochran's formula and using simple random sampling, 161 people were selected as the sample members and the questionnaire was distributed among them. Also, Smart PLS 3 software was used to analyze the research data. Finally, the findings showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational justice and health.
