Identifying Dimensions and Components of Stakeholders' Participation in Collaborative Governance of Iran's pension funds

Abstract

Stakeholders are a group of people who, on the one hand, have the power to influence decisions, planning and all actions, and on the other hand, they also have interests and effectiveness. In present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the dimensions and components of stakeholders' participation in collaborative governance, especially in the country's pension funds. For this purpose, qualitative research approach and research synthesis method were used to achieve the goal of the present research. The scope of the research is all the articles that have been presented in the last five years about the components of stakeholder participation in cooperative governance and related concepts in specialized and scientific databases. The sample of the research is 27 articles, which have been selected based on thematic monitoring, theoretical data saturation and purposefully. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied documents. By analyzing the data, indicators and components of stakeholders' participation in collaborative governance in five selected codes and eleven axes of foundational factors (including value-creating components for stakeholders, institutionalization of the culture of participation and common vision), binding factors (including strategies and requirements, structural measures and management approach) and facilitating factors (including incentives, clarification and networking) and incentives (including convergence of stakeholders and targeted participation) were organized.
