objectives: Dynamic capabilities refer to the organization's capacity to purposefully create, expand, or change its resource base. The basic premise of the dynamic capabilities framework is that core competencies should be used to modify short-term competitive positions that can be used to create long-term competitive advantage. In all countries of the world, the oil and gas industry plays an important role in the economy and growth of each country, and we are in an era where rapid global changes and technological innovations occur, and oil and gas refineries are affected by these changes. The perspective of dynamic capabilities has been created with the aim of explaining how to achieve and maintain competitive advantages of knowledge-based companies, especially in unstable, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments. Oil and gas industries account for a significant share of Iran's national economy and The development and promotion of this industry plays an important role in the economic growth of the country. Therefore, considering the importance of these industries in advancing the country's goals, identifying dynamic capabilities specific to these industries becomes doubly important. The purpose of this study is to deal with the better understanding of dynamic capabilities and to integrate scattered experimental findings with theory by introducing a comprehensive and concrete classification based on the systematic literature review of experimental research along with the identified components obtained from interviews with experts of knowledge companies. It is the foundation of the country's oil and gas industries.
